Gray Tie Ball & Laaf Raffles

Please come out in support of LAAF by joining us on Friday, 12/1, at the Gray Tie Ball! We will have a couple of guest speakers – the neuro-oncologist we are working with and a brain cancer survivor telling his story. You will have a choice of 3 entrees and open bar! There will be live entertainment along with a silent auction and several raffles.

RAFFLES:

The following 2 Raffles will be drawn at the Gray Tie Ball - Raffle Tickets can be purchased before or during the ball. Winner need not be present and will be contacted by phone and posted on the website.

RAFFLE #1
· 2 tickets for the 1st Chicago Bears Home Playoff Game
Raffle Tickets: 1 for $5 – 5 for $20

RAFFLE #2
· 2 round trip tickets on Southwest Airlines
Raffle Tickets: 1 for $20 – 3 for $50

The following Raffle will be drawn on 3/15/07 - Tickets can be purchased before, during or after the ball. Winner need not be present and will be contacted by phone and posted on the website.

· 6 course dinner for 6 guests including wine prepared by Oprah’s personal chef Art Smith (value $4,000)
Raffle Tickets: 1 for $25 – 5 for $100
