Erik's thoughts on the birth of Gianna

It was great to see Ed & Christa and meet Gianna (through the glass).
There was something special about looking in and seeing Gianna and watching a new life beginning.
I wonder if Gianna's spirit came from the place were Lori's spirit lives on?
