Chemo today

Lori had an appointment this morning at 8:15 to start the IV chemo BCNU. I spoke to Erik around 12:30 & he said she still had another 1/2 hour or so to go! He said it had gone well & she was doing ok. They had talked to the neuro-oncologist who said there was 10% regrowth showing up on the MRI done yesterday. Hopefully the combination of drugs will knock that out. I believe she will be starting tomorrow on the other drugs. I will let you know when I know more. She will be seeing the neuro-surgeon on Thursday. Her next MRI is 4/18.

Yesterday I made a french toast casserole & brought it down to Lori & Erik's - her brother Ed & his family & her brother Dan all met Wally & I there & we had breakfast together. It was so nice!
