It's been a while, where does time go??

We've been keeping very busy this summer. We had a birthday party (40th, he won't be happy about that) for Erik's very good friend. We also went to another of Erik's friends (mine too) for martinis and bbq. This past weekend we went to Las Vegas and had a wonderful time. That pretty much all that we have done since surgery. I've missed many other outing that I am disappointed about, but I suppose that is to be expected with surgery only one month ago.

This evening at 5:30 I have my first mri since surgery. I am pretty nervous about it, especially because I wont get my results until thursday. Please send some good vibes and energy this evening, it'll be helpful!

I'll post the result either this friday or over the weekend.

I am still trying to get back to people, I so apologize and will get in touch very soon!!

Thanks again for all the wonderful postings and well wishes. It really helps keep my spirits high and keeping my mind always looking forward. It's the best gift anyone can give.

ps. I met with a healer and when he asked me "what brought you here today", I said "I have brain cancer" and he said "you mean you HAD brain cancer". I am trying to change my way of thinging about my illness...I beleive I can alter my perception instead of thinking negative "HAVE cancer", "HAD cancer" sounds more positive and perhaps true (thats the plan anyway!!). So, when I speak about my illness, I try to say that I had cancer. It's hard to do, but I am working on it!!
