Third Week of Radiation

Much more tired than before and my hair is just beginning to come out. Thought the loss would be more concentrated, it seems to be more random and all over my head. The good news is that since I have so much, I shouldn't notice for awhile. Must admit though, it will be hard to handle when it does, as many of you know, I have always had a thing with my hair.

The next four weeks will be the most difficult of my life I believe. I am trying to come to terms with my body's limitations; my fatigue it so great and will only get worse as the weeks progress. My radiation doc says I am in the fight of my life. Not only are they killing my cancer cells but they are killing normal cells as well, which is bad because I think I need them:))

Really looking forward to the end of radiation. I anticipate being "myself" mid-December - just in time for the holidays!! Perhaps I should throw a big party...wait, that would require way too much work!! Maybe sometime in the new year, and we can celebrate my remission.
