MRI results

Lori had her MRI yesterday. We met with the doctor for the results. The original tumor in the temporal lobe has reduced quite a bit (40 to 50% I think). The 2nd tumor in the frontal lobe stayed pretty much the same. The newest tumor which is on the right side has grown about 50%. So, we really don't know what to make of it.

Dr. Raizer says we cannot just go by the scan, we have to go by Lori herself. She is not talking - the only word she says is NO! She does not want to get out of bed at all. And she cannot take care of herself at all. She shows no emotion about anything & has confusion.

The choices are to continue chemo which isn't doing much. She has to go once a week for iv chemo & a weekly blood test, takes oral chemo every day which is making her hair fall out again. Or to not do anything & continue to make her comfortable. It seems the outcome will be the same.

Please pray for us to make the right decision for Lori. And for peace for all of us.
