Today is the day!

Lori & Erik are on a plane right now flying off to PR. We are all organized & ready to go off to join them - some Wednesday & some Thursday. It will be a glorious time all together.

I am sitting here with tears in my eyes as I have read the postings from all of you. It is so amazing. The love that has POURED out from all of you is so incredible. I cannot believe that God would take her away from all of this. But if he chooses to, it is still an incredible love that will not leave any of us & we will all be better for it. Thank you all.

I am back to work this afternoon for the 1st time in a week after dropping them off at the airport. I am going to take a leave of absence to see if we can get Lori healthy again. One of my coworkers gave me the best advice. She said "be selfish!" & that is exactly what I plan to do.
